My Creative Named Israeli Blog
Israel is located in the Middle East and borders Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, and the Mediterranean Sea. It is very small and is about the size of New Jersey. I learned a whole lot about Israel with this project. I’m surprised I learned a lot because my grandmother is from Tel Aviv, Israel so I thought that I knew lots, but I guess I didn't. My favorite sport is soccer, and Israel has a very good soccer team too, called Maccabi Tel Aviv. It is one of only three Israeli teams to ever make it to the UEFA champions league group stage which I thought was really cool even though they are doing really bad this year. I am glad that they have a good soccer team, because it is easy for me to relate to since play on a soccer team. Another thing that I had fun researching was funny laws. I had never heard of any of these funny laws about Israel or even anywhere else in the world. I also found very interesting that the Dead Sea is the lowest spot on Earth. Prior to this I had known that it was one of the lowest points on Earth, but I had never known it was the lowest. I've always wanted to go into the Dead Sea to experience it myself since it looks like so much fun. I never knew I could learn so much about a country that I don’t live in nor have visited yet.

ReplyDeleteI thought your pinterest was very cool and I thought it was nice that you could answer all the questions. Our countries don't have anything in common except soccer is a really big thing. I thought the laws your country had were very funny and a little unnecessary. I really likes your pinterest!

ReplyDeleteLoved the presentation and the time you took to explain the different traits you discussed. I especially liked the Maccabi games information-and the comparison you drew to the Olympics. You clearly have passion about this country and it showed in your presentation.
